Richard Jividen has a proven track record in creative communication design and marketing with over more than 30 years in the field.
For more than 20 years Richard worked as director of creative services, first for the Community College of Denver, and then for Metropolitan State University of Denver. At both institutions he oversaw the development and implementation of design concepts and creative visual solutions to reinforce and strengthen brand awareness and identity, managed print and marketing budgets and supervised in-house staff along with contract designers and photographers.
After years of working "in house," Richard decided to step outside, creating his own firm in 2011. As principal designer and owner of TEN2design, Richard built a company specializing in creative design and consulting services that support and strengthen brand identity.
Recognizing the importance of building and maintaining a strong brand presence, Richard brings insight and best practices to create marketing tools that reflect an organization’s mission and achieves their marketing goals.
